International Conference on Technology at BUBT
An international conference titled 'International Conference on Science and Contemporary Technologies (ICSCT)' is going to be held from 5 to 7 August at Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT).
This was revealed on Tuesday (August 3) by the public relations department of the university.
The conference under the slogan 'Sustainable Development for Optimum Growth' will be held at the permanent campus of BUBT in the capital's Rupnagar in a hybrid mode in the pandemic situation.
Renowned scientists, researchers, industrialists and academia from home and abroad will attend the conference as guests.
Education Minister Dr. Dipu Moni will speak as the chief guest in the inaugural session of the International Conference on August 5 at 12 noon and State Minister for Information and Communication Technology Zunaid Ahmed Palak will be the chief guest at the closing and cultural program on August 7 at 5 pm.
The main sponsor of the conference is the chairman of the BUBT Trust, Prof. Safiq Ahmed Siddique. Other sponsors are AFM Sarwar Kamal, a member of the BUBT Trust, and BUBT Adviser Professor Md. Abu Saleh. BUBT Vice-Chancellor Prof. Md. Fayyaz Khan is one of the sponsors of the conference and he will be present at the conference as General Chair.
